Running with Kido near Linton. Nice and cool and great conditions in a beautiful forest. Native birds and bush. No starlings or sparrows.
Not realy orienteering, just using a map to follow tracks. Just wanted to get a brown bar.

Went to the Shield game with Judy. Ran(at lunch time) from the MCG, around the Tan and then out and back along the river. Cricket had similar story to the Test with Queensland having to follow on. But I think they did put up a bit more resistance than the Windies.

Swam at Eureka pool. First 500 was easy in 10 min. Second took 13 and then it just got harder and harder.

Run with Aislinn from Eastern Oval to Freeway along the Yarrawee river trail. Lot of water flowing today. Funny thing that. Did not feel good at all today. I think keeping up with Kido over the last few days in hilly terrain has worn me out.
