Orienteering race 1:22:00 [4] 8.0 km (10:15 / km)

Sate Series event at Wattle Gully (South end of old WOC Relay Map) Fairly easy course with straight is great the best approach overall. Last half was more interesting with lots of shortish legs. As the course was mostly the same as course 3 it kept it interesting with me battling some other runners. A slow battle that is.

Orienteering 1:00:00 [3] 7.0 km (8:34 / km)

Put out tapes for Judy. Then ran roads exploring area for
Ausy champs 2015. Ran up a massive hill. Well I suppose some of it was running.

Ran the hills at Springdalla with the dog. Goodness I am slow

Mountain Bike 1:45:00 [3] 18.0 km (5:50 / km)

MTB riding around Creswick area while Judy did a course I set. Rode for 20 min until I noticed I had left my Helmet in the car so had to go back and get it. Tracks were really horrible as a group of motor bikes had been through and made a real mess of them. Mud was so bad I had to stop a few times and dig the mud out of my derailler so I could change gears.
Still struggle with the idea that on a road bike I would have covered at least 50km in the same time. Used to run 20km in the same time.
