Guessing at the t & d. Morning ride, starting at the skate park and rolling up to Central Ridge, drop to RC, up orchard gulch, Watchman, 3-Bears down. Frozen in the am. Muddy on the surface in spots, but with a little elevation everything was solid. Things are going to take a bit to dry out.

Bike's handling like a champ. Minor adjustments--raised the bars, moved the seat back just a little. Agile and well behaved. So nice!

Sore still. Riding anyway.

Urban assault road ride, greenbelt past BSU, zigzag through town during rush hour and then Cartwright to Pierce Park and home. Good to get out! Neck, shoulders still pretty sore and tight, but I can only sit on my butt for so long.

Note

Finally went to the chiro today for my neck/shoulder/upper back issue triggered by the unfortunate exercise at the athletic club. I was bound up pretty good. Still plenty sore after, but no more muscle spasms with shooting pain.

Angela's yoga class. Neck very sore from close grip pull-downs the trainer showed me on Monday.

Lifting...core work, upper back and shoulders, squats, upper chest.

Met with trainer today for about an hour. Gleaned some good info.

Body fat (bia--who knows how accurate) at 18%. Aiming for 11 or 12%.
With clothes, weighing in at 151, which jives with the home scale.

Info about "time under tension"--need to move slower
