Charleston Lake 10k loop...this is the fastest I have ever done the loop! Woo-hoo! I didn't feel like I was going that fast...maybe it's just that we did the loop in the opposite direction that we usually go although I don't think that should have that much of an effect. Must be all of Jeff's great coaching advice.

OK, I know that my HR was not up in the 160 range and it certainly didn't get up to 180. This has happened before but usually calms down quickly, today it just kept going...drat!
