Biking long 1:18:06 [4] 19.99 mi (3:54 / mi)
(injured)

Long bike ride, almost no pain riding up hills. It was really windy too.

When I try to run though there's some pain but I limp even though it's really not that bad. This is really annoying because it's messing my form up and stopping me from running.

The good news is though that my injury seems to be going in reverse and the pain is back to just my ankle. Shins are better.

Lifting/Abs 30:00 [3]

Trying to keep up my strength

Swam some more laps and did more deep water running today but with more intensity because I'm not running tomorrow.

Note
(injured)

Today I visited the trainer. Without diagnosing what was wrong he decided that taping my ankle/shin would be the best idea. After doing a short run my leg felt much worse then before and it's now painful to walk on. Scheduling an appointment with the doctor seems like the best idea and it seems I'll be cross-training the next few days.
