What's this?!
Tried to do my walk run intervals at the IndoorO instead of the treadmill today.
Ended up not jogging much at all but it was still probably was a bit much because of the length. Great fun though, good map & courses. Quite challenging. Can't believe how poorly designed, in my opinion, some of those SFU buildings are. Makes for great indoor-O though
