Sage Stomp Long. One huge mistake (~5min) on #10 put me out of sweeping the weekend. Another wonderful day and race though. Body quite tired by the end though.

Some very slow running to check the WOD control sites then over to Track. 10 min tempo (2.67km) then 6x600m with 200m 2:02, 2:06, 2:07, 2:07, 2:06, 2:02 And back to car.
