Darkside Round 3, Cypress Falls.
Real fun, real tough. Couple mistakes but ran recklessly enough to come away with a solid 1st and some decent scratches.

Running 1:16:09 [3] 15.81 km (4:49 / km) +250m 4:28 / km

Club run with Mantas, Thomas, Julian, Nate and Adam. Quite long/hard for moi. legs still a bit tired from the last few days. Ankle quite sore.

Lunch run round the ravine, legs quite tired from the gym, probably shouldn't have chosen the steep loop.

Fun little WET at Minoru park, was only 20 min though so I did 3x800m with 2 min rest after on the track.
