BCOC Long. Some (very) bad route choices and a very sore ankle but had a really good time.

Orienteering 14:51 [4] 3.49 km (4:15 / km) +35m 4:03 / km

BCOC Sprint. Clean except not seeing a very small section of wall on the way to 8. Just a little too slow.

Orienteering 33:07 [3] 3.98 km (8:19 / km) +186m 6:45 / km

BCOC Middle. too many mistakes :(. probably 4 at 30-45 seconds each.

WET Britannia. Re-Race of the sprint camp courses with a slight change in what was out of bounds. Fun and a tough to push against Adam. Ankle still sore again :( it was doing so well till I started to open up the distance a bit.

Definitely went out too hard for how tired I was after yesterday. Ankle not happy with me now.
