Tired but went out for a run, tried for a 40min 10k. It was fine till the last km push up hill, felt quite tired then.

Ankle sore from 3-6k and after but not too bad.

A light misty rain made it a nice temperature but the track was a little slippery.

Spent the entire day mapping so was really tired of being on my feet.

Tuesday Seymour ride with NDB, IHM, and Chessa. Bit of a faster pace (5 min faster up). Easier than last week though I think.
