Orienteering 1:13:51 [3] 8.55 km (8:38 / km) +397m 7:01 / km

Dropped down to the Short Advanced for the Goat race and took it slow to give my ankle a break (I think a good choice as I was quite tired too haha). Still hurt after but not as bad as Saturday. Didn't navigate well but mostly just cause I wasn't focusing. Things come up too slowly when you go slow - gives my mind too much time to wander off.

O@Jackpine. Great area/course. Orienteered well for the first 6, big mistakes on 7 and 12. Still held the lead but kinda died around #20, slow and not clean after that, third place. Route Gadget: http://rg.cascadeoc.org/rg2/#217&course=9

WET Prince of Wales. Good fun. Bit much for the old anklearoonie. Bad route at the end especially and a couple small sub-optimal routes. Not enough to make up 3:15 to NDB though...
