Road run, trying some longer ones. Ankle didn't love it but didn't hurt much.

Demo road. Got it under an hour. Don't really know why I've been pushing for that. need to fill up my log with something... ;)

Pediatrist @Kintec - Order a little compression sleeve brace and probably going to get new orthotics. Also need new shoes.

Physio. Good amount of massage & needling on the calf - Ran out of time to fit in some exercise beforehand and just rested after.

Took it a bit slow to ease back into things after a few too many days off.

Busy weekend with Andrew's Wedding. Ankle a bit sore from too much time on my feet in not great shoes.
