Pie exercise partner intervals, 1:22:51 to win it, ~38:04 moving time though.

Running 35:00 [2] 3.0 km (11:40 / km) +68m 10:29 / km

Relocation exercise with ITH and approximating the jog into the start.

Orienteering 1:08:12 [4] 5.48 km (12:27 / km) +361m 9:22 / km

Sumas race - third behind Old Man Collings and NDB.
So tired. Also too much for my ankle it was very sore towards the end.
Clean run though and very enjoyable.
