Gym Workout 35:00 [0]

Oof, Clearly felt like it had been a while since I'd done anything. Legs also a bit stiff from the WET

Orienteering 26:52 [3] 5.09 km (5:17 / km) +47m 5:03 / km

WET at Lafarge Lake. Great course.
Slow and Creaky, feeling less sick though finally. Just a cough now.

Running 15:10 [1] 2.56 km (5:55 / km) +27m 5:38 / km

Some post wet jogging round to see the lights and test run a leg 3 times for mysterious reasons
