WJR Watershed. Went out too focused on having fun and forgot to navigate, especially once I got tired. Still 3rd but a bit too far back on NDB and Wilhelm for my liking.

Rolled my bad ankle a little bit on the last loop. The regular way though not the inside way that its currently recovering from.
Quite sore the net couple days as is now usual after running.
Very discouraging.
Do I just start increasing my training load and hope I survive? Or keep waiting for it to heal?

UBC Turkey Trot, didn't take it too seriously as it was just a little fun run - till it got started, then it was a serious race (got crushed by some track guy who ran it in 5.25 :o), Should have warmed up...

Also watch didn't get good HR data and now thinks I can crush out a couple sub 3:30 km's without cracking zone 2. Dropped its' race predictions to even more silly levels.
