Jog around North Burnaby, mostly easy except getting back one segment that was rather rudely stolen.

Sage Stomp Long. One huge mistake (~5min) on #10 put me out of sweeping the weekend. Another wonderful day and race though. Body quite tired by the end though.

Track Tuesday. Was quite late so did an 800 alone - 2:53 then 2 sets of 1000, 600, 400 with the others. Then a 1000 and a 200 to make up the missed distance for whatever reason. 200m rest.

OART 5. Farsta couple small bad routes but 1st

OART 6 - UBCO Sprint 1, Tied Adam

OART 7, UBCO 2. Another good sprint, some nice woods at the beginning.

All around a wonderful weekend!

OART Round 1, couple little errors and one wrong route choice but won it.(Adam skipped a loop)

Orienteering 16:58 [3] 3.32 km (5:07 / km) +111m 4:23 / km

OART Round 2. One mistake and one very wrong route choice - my strategy of never avoiding climb doesn't work as well in sprints with large hills on them.

Orienteering 11:53 [3] 2.14 km (5:33 / km) +89m 4:36 / km

OART Round 3. Exciting final against Adam. We were right together at the second last one till he crossed an illegal feature to get ahead (and disqualified)

OART Round 4 - wonderful forest sprint. Big smile and a clean win.
