Lynn Valley Adventure Run. Proud that I actually did the long one and it was really fun. Probably not a great idea in hindsight as my ankle is really sore now. Worse it's been since April :(. Definitely need to see the doc again.

Whistler 50mile relay with Arista team. I had a 13k leg.
Tummy hurting and ankle sore for the second half but otherwise felt good. Wanted to go sub 4min/ks but got crushed by some of the hills near the end. Really fun though!

Ran up the Enderby cliffs had to push a bit to race the setting sun. Ankle did not enjoy the rush down.

Bike from Mechanic to work. Bike seat was left too high for me so it was quite uncomfortable.

Bike from work back to mechanic's. Stood up the whole time :(
