Sage Stomp Long. I just died in the heat... Big mistake on 5 and then a poor route with a little mistake to 8. Otherwise decent just slooowwww.

Sage Stomp warmup training, took it casually :)

Sage Stomp Middle - A pretty good race. Clean except a suboptimal route choice to 11 I think. Just slow, had to walk a bit near the end :( Too hot!

WET at Deep cove - Hamstring was still quite sore for the first half. Loosened up towards the end. Made a bit of a mistake right at the end otherwise pretty fun.

Physio again on Friday and maybe won't practice next week... Only 2 more though!

3 hour score O. Foolishly skipped an easy one early on as I didn't think I could clear it. Turns out I easily could have. Made a 2-5 minute error on one (haven't checked my track yet) and maybe 10 min on the one that was miss-hung.
Very fun! Super nice day for it. Gorgeous area. Only felt hard the last 30-45 min.

Update the tails are fun to watch for the one that was misplaced (162):

Pig War on the Lick Creek map. I was pretty disappointed in myself for a juicy 4 minute error on number 5. But had fun nonetheless
