NWC Day 3. North Eastern and UW. Felt better today. UBC goes 6-0 to tie BYU for the tournament win (Some games got cancelled due to fields so we both went 6-0)

Ran 100m and 200m sprints (2 each at 100% to see what our times were like) with the frisbee boys.

Then ran my own little 4x800m with 2 min rest. Tried to keep it at 2:45

WET on a new map "Gritty City"! Excellent area. I went out hard expecting a sprint then died about half way - made a bunch of mistakes too as i wasn't really focusing, nor did i go out expecting it to be real sprint difficulty
