A nice christmas Ski with Andrew and Mum and Dad - they classiced while Andrew and I skated. We stopped a lot but it was a good long ski for me.

Ran the Lynn Loop in the snow - quite thankful for my icebugs today! Stopped to take some photos but a good run otherwise

WET at Hume park - fun little one man relay - tough running in the snow in spots

WJR at South Surrey. Great fun - forgot my watch though. Also mispunched 3 times as I thought the hub control was a hub control and not several different controls :)
Which is really a shame because I think this would have been the only WJR I won this year!

First ski of the year. Skate skiing. Ian and I just did a few loops of the sitzmark and up pop fly to see the clouds. There was a lot of fresh snow and it was snowing hard so it was tough going.

Gym Workout for the frisbee team - Started with 20 min hard on the bike then Core, Bench press, Some other things haha

It snowed a lot so frisbee was cancelled - They send us a workout to do instead. This one was doable from home - lunges, core, chin-ups, push ups, more core, more core.
