My toe was very sore for some reason so I opted not to run, instead I did almost all of my assigned exercises... Which i typically don't log but felt i should justify my lack of running

WJR SFU - A rather uninspiring run around sfu campus. Would have been nice to have a more technically challenging race. Legs/everything felt really tired.

Biked to North Van Hive only to find it was closed, so biked to Vancouver one. Took the bus home because my bike got stoled :(
