2nd week of pilates - might have worked too hard, or tried to strengthen my hips while they're out of alignment - either way, in serious pain now... :(
Couldn't get a field for frisbee practice. Spent some time in the gym playing basketball and such instead. Turns out I'm awful at basket ball - didn't seem to bother my foot though (didnt play very hard)
3 hr frisbee pracitce. Scrims and defensive footwork/positioning - a chilies made it through the first two hours fairly well then started hurting again

I think I'm going to log all Frisbee activities as 1/2 the time, though a practice from 9-12 probably consists of more than 1.5hrs of activity.
