2 person forked race at Kensington - Fun format, I was ranked first from day 1 which put me as last started with Jan Erik. Definitely made me push more but he still dropped me after 12 no problem.

Chase BCIT - In a train with Adam, Will, Micheal, and Dusty so not much navigating. Tough run though!

3rd overall for the weekend! Highest I've place in many years (6?) so that was nice. Maybe running over the winter helps?...

2 Man Relay - Good fun start! felt tired but we were flying a bit - I even won one of the 2 loops :o

Little Control picking at Roche Point. First time running on the map I made! Weird feeling but still fun

SI Race #1 - CapU.
Clean but was a little slow, 2nd to Damien by around a minute and half or so.

CapU Training - some good routes, took it quite slow though. Definitely feeling it now. Legs hurt just a little.

Farsta @ Greenwood (SI race 2) - not quite a traditional farsta as there wasn't much forking and unfortunately they decided to dis-count the first and fourth loops from the points. I still ran the first one at 80/90% but relaxed a little on the fourth. Won the race by several minutes because most people relaxed more on the loops that didn't count. Didn't help them though 'cause I still won the loops that did!

O-tervals with Ian and Forest at Lonsdale Quay. Good fun, a couple tough spots on that map that surprisingly I haven't overused. Feeling pretty good for the weekend.
