WET at PNE, some good fun sprint loops.
Definitely got really tired on the third.

Went for a run in Pacific Spirit Park - Tried to keep it under 5min/km for 12 km.
Ankel sore. Really nice to see the sun though!

~4min warmup then
4x1km with 3:30 jogging rest
4:17 (30m climb)
4:32 (48m climb)
4:10 (25m down)
5:50 (72m down - too many corners and stairs)
Then ~11 min home.

Chest tight still :s
