Desert Run Day 2 - Did not have this sort of distance in me in my current state of wellness but it was still a blast - Really challenging long legs through the fog - fun running in unique and beautiful sections.

Desert Run Day 1 - I had a great race. Wasn't moving the fastest as I was feeling quick sick but I was able to push hard enough and execute almost perfectly :)
Really interesting terrain with some different challenges and spectacular views. What a fabulous event.

Last training of Sprint camp - good exercise but got yelled at by some locals after a couple loops so I stopped

Sprint Camp Chase - Finally felt like I left every bit of speed I had on the course - a fun chase!

Sprint Camp setup - nice to have a technically solid run, felt afterwards like i should have sprinted harder sooner though

Sprint Camp Farsta - always a favourite, nice that I was able to finish in third with only maybe 15 seconds back

Sprint Camp stage 1. I was happy with this race - Didn't hold my stick in 17 long enough so came away with a mispunch but was technically solid just too slow.
