Long race at Sibbo training camp. Started feeling very tired but the begin was also very steep. Made mistake at 4th control, was too high and didn't dare to go lower. 6th was in the depression although I tought it was on a small hill. After drinking and taking sugar I felt better and actually good again. Caught Jeremy and Jani at 13th control. Heartrate was low because I'm really getting tired after already 220 km running and orienteering in 9 days. I won with 3 minutes before Jani and Jari.

Chasing relay exercise. I was in a team with Tarja and Toni. Toni and Tarja made mistakes in the beginning so I could not start with the rest. Did it easy the first 5 loops. After that we stopped and started again together. This time was much thougher as I ran with Jeremy constantly. At the end I had to sprint against Jeremy for second place behind Jari and won.

Morning orienteering with Jeremy before breakfast. We did a parcours on the map where the house was.

Orienteering at the map of the night orienteering. Most guys wanted to run the parcours in ligth and ran actually much faster with easy jogging. I did all 32 controls and then joined Jani, Jari and Toni for some easy orienteering. Did one acceleration with Toni on a hill.

First april fool training, but me, Jeremy and Jani actually continued and had a good morning run before breakfast.

Training at Kjulkulla. This is a hill with a lot of stones and rocks. We did small loops of around 1.5-2 km. Difficult terrain for orienteering and running.

Warming up before night competition of the camp. I ran with Jeremy towards the start both quiet stressed because this result is important for tiomila.

Night competition. I started as 4th 3 minutes behind Jeremy. The 3th control was a leg over the whole map. It was quiet technically with a lot of details in a dune terrain next to the sea. I caught Jeremy at the 4th control and ran away from him. At the end I caught Tatyana towards the last control. Because I saw here I was not orienteering very good and when I came with here we both didn't exactly knew where we were but I rapidly relocalized and only lost 30 sec. Finished as first with more then 3' before the second, Yuri. All the rest made big mistakes. Very satisfied with this result and maybe I can ran long night at Tiomila.

I did a very easy morning jog before breakfast. Jeremy had to prepare breakfast so was not able to join me.

Long and easy orienteering at Balberget in the north of Kristianstad. A lot of stones and some heigth. Nice orienteering.

Night orienteering intervals with the group. We did 5 courses of about 1.5km with jogging in between. The courses were also forked. I won 2 of them but in the last I made terrible mistakes. Jari was very strong and won the rest.

Went from Denmark to Kristianstad, Sweden. We stay next to the Pan Kristianstad club house at Ahus. When we arrived me, Jeremy, Mikhail and Yuri went for a short run on the beach.

Me and Jeremy wanted to train bit more and ran home. It was bit further than we expected. Stupid that I didn't changed shoes although I had them at the training.
