MTB 1:45:32 [2] 30.0 km (3:31 / km)
slept:7.0

Preparing MTB O of next week. I checked the Kesselberg in Kessel-Lo. It looks very nice. This race next week is really a must.

Orienteering race 57:27 [4] *** 7.8 km (7:22 / km)
spiked:19/23c

Belgian champ night orienteering at hechtelse duinen, Hechtel. I really felt bad at the beginning. The first control I already missed 3 minutes. At the 12th control I caught up Jean-Baptist Colomb. The way to the 13th control I was getting stuck in a green area. At this control Colomb and me were arriving together. The sixtheenth conrol was actually really easy but we never managed to come on the road and were completely lost. At the end I lost Colomb because he missed the 19th conrol so I finished still 2 minutes before him. After the race I was really feeling sick and I think I have to pass for the national middle distance tomorrow.

cycling 21:45 [3] 6.0 km (3:38 / km)
ahr:106 max:150 slept:8.0

Cycling to the start of the MTB O of next saturday with Jeroen H. The plan is to run the shortest track to see if the map is still ok. I had to borrow a bicycle. My tires were very soft so it was quiet hard to achieve a normal tempo.

Orienteering 1:08:00 [3] ** 13.5 km (5:02 / km)
ahr:137 max:159 7c shoes: Asics GT-2140

Running the short track for the MTB O of Kesselberg on 21 of march. Very nice parcours with lots of route choices. Jef B. managed to make a good track and the map is almost perfect. I felt a bit tired after the training of yesterday but it was ok. Jeroen H. was stronger than I today.

cycling 21:35 [3] 6.0 km (3:36 / km)

Cycling back home.

ahr:144 max:175 slept:7.0 shoes: Asics GT-2140

SLOK training. First ran till the nayer with my bag. Then we started chill till we divided. At zoete waters we divided a second time and began running fast for the last 8 km. Jeroen H., Wouter L. and Hans T. were joining me for this tour. Legs felt ok and Wouter showed a good performance at the end.
