First 3 controls easy warming up, got immediately stuck between the fences at 3th control (lost already 3 minutes).
First interval to the 4th control 1'56 (5'11/km)
second interval 6th control 1'25" (7'25"/km) missed it run further till 7th control 1'49" (5'58"/km).
next interval 9th control 2'09" (4'36") first one that was bit ok
11th control 1'58" (4'37"/km)
13th + 14th 1'54" (5'30"/km)
16th 2'29" (4'53"/km) white forest was not optimal to run in
18th + 19th 3'32" (4'45"/km) missed the ninth control a bit
20th long leg first part slow second part fast 6'17" (5'42"/km over all leg)
22th 2'01" (6'03"/km) got stuk in green forest
24th 2'02" (5'05"/km)
26th 52" (4'20"/km)
finish 17" (3'56"/km not sure this is correct)
