shocked at my poor balance but impressed at my self-knowledge and range of exercises i'm currently doing
introduced a couple of new exercises and advice about form to make sure I am working some of the minor glute muscles

the whole of my right side (train) is very tight - 60yrs of lop-sidedness?
not going to attempt to run nor ride until I can do lunges without any pain/tightness
