great ding dong with Ray Collins
started slow for a few controls and just kept pace with Ray when he came past. Hip was holding out. We parted company from 7 when I had a mare to 8 and he had a mare to 9. We rejoined after 10 and finished together.
Pleased that I got around with little physical issues :-)

Perry Hall Parkrun
Yay - got around without stopping to walk - but it were tempting
Decided to track isobel gossage but she spied 2nd woman about 1/2 way around and put the hammer down and the elastic broke. I just haven't done enough running
interestingly my time is only a little quicker than last weeks when I walked/ran the last lap. Clearly I have no speed endurance but short spells of walking help me to raise the running speed.
