WTF !
had planned a trial run of the road relay course and a weights session
however just as I finished early morning guitar practice got a severe sharp debilitating pain in my r.upper arm. This required an hour of icing then became a dull ache over the rest of the day.

felt awful, no strength, no energy, no bounce
bingo hide in dk.green and then a really poor long leg involving a lot of unnecessary brambles. There were lots of brambles tripping me up. hard to run through and when I could run I just got tired really quickly - finished well down -14mins on Ray C
