ran past the top of my big visble reentrant to the next one losing a minute at 7, then 'lost' the path to 15 and executed a really poor route involving the wrong path and lots of stumbling across heather and gorse :-( losing a good 2 mins

stepped on a hidden drainage channel in the grass on todays run, forcing my foot up. Hurt at the time for a few paces but really hurts now after the run. After sitting down I can barely put any weight on it for the first 30 secs or so then it eases up and I forget about it until I either catch it or sit down again
