scoot out onto Sandwell valley going whichever way I fancied, taking in hills where available (but not blasting them) and varying the pace (but never fast)
Knees felt fine, but started to hurt going downhill (lower patellar) as I tired near the end

Castlemorton Common SEE - Green
OMG - from the off the inside of both my knees hurt with every step - this had been happening a bit on other runs but I had run through it - I was hobbling all the way to 6 until it finally wore off.
Not a great run, lack of concentration & pacing (due to painful gait) meant I stuffed 1 and couldn't understand the map exiting control. Area way overmapped and thus many changes make a fair difference.
