went out with the fast group so the 2 mile warm up down to the scotts and onto the queslett was challenging. Managed 2 efforts over the next mile but was clearly going to be in trouble if I went much further so I bailed out and had an easy run back to Q3

dreadful run (stagger) - couldn't run up hill from 1 just ran out of steam immediately. Decided to take it easy but just felt fat&sluggish all the way around. 5+ min error on 5 in the vague rhodies/wierdvegbdy - just awful!
