Cant understand why I can do this, and run upstairs but cant jog along a gently rising road :-(

Easy jog around block
- Adductor went again within 100m of start of easy jog just as road started to gently rise - caught me by surprise as it has given me no probs in the last few days

route choice .. 'long way round' or 'dodgy through' due to windblow and brashings? I don't think I got this right.
Physically really tired and weak - very unfit - arthritic toe really hurting and was difficult to get into my shoe :-( Piriformis needs somke work too!

Himley SEE - medium - cool and threatening rain - rain in my cag and a hat

started easy as Achilles only nagging a little from last night :-)
chased down RV by 3 then NigelC & AlexM by 5-6. Had to stop to take a thorn out of my foot on the way to 7 and lost 2 mins. Stuffed up route to 10 which meant I misread the map from 10-11 and ran an extra 300m, doh! and lost another minute or more.
