walked firt 6 controls on course 8. Extra ditch on way to 3 cost me 8 mins and 'hidden' no 5 cost me another 15! Very rough and physical could barely walk through terrain.

Ludlow Urban
Started at a v.slow jog due to Hamstring. Picked up a bit after 3. Had a bad trip/fall at 8. Was holding back nursing hamstring all the way around. One huge navigational error which cose a good 30-40 secs and another lesser one which cost 10. Couldn't see small paths on map. Still came in 14th less than 2mins down on BarryE, so pretty pleased.

east fence west side my arse! it was west fence east side. The easternmost fence in the circle was way way around - lost 3-4 mins on that.

What no 12 Ashley? Oh that! couldn't see it on the map - another minure at least

Hay Wood 4.5km light green
wet so glasses misted and I struggled to read map (ditched went missing) and to see the ground.
9minute error at 7 - got the the exact spot after 2mins and couldn't find 2nd sitch and control hidden in thick green so convinced myself I was elsewhere - same happened at 9 doh but lost only 3.30.

v.tired after going back to work.
