nice run in the snow on Hill Top golf course (whiteout conditions couldnt see the rise and fall of the ground in front of me ooooer) and Sandwell Valley - had a good laugh at the antics on the M5 as I stood on the bridge - scary actually.

jog onto Hill Top - feeling great and had to conciously slow down

1 mile hilly fields time trial - 7.09, well within myself, having to hold back so as not to tweak sommat

Easy mile 8.10 to cool down.

Jog back home.

Brockhampton club champs.
Stuffed up my change from map A to Map B , misread OOB on map (olive was wood not open) and ended up doing unnecessary climb and going into out of bounds, cost me 5 mins and 3 controls - doh!
