thighs shredded after yesterdays ride - it was the furthest i've been on fixed for a while so legs not used to being pulled around downhill.

circuit around velley extremities. Felt awful and nearly turned back in the first 10 mins - no energy and very tight chest. Things slowly improved but I didnt push it.
Sleep pattern still very poor.

Did a bit of terrain running whilst marshalling the H&W schools comp. Felt awful. Achilles not good and due to lack of sleep had no energy and heart was racing after just 100m of jogging.
Didnt runa course at the MADO but ran a few flattish legs from the Blue course just to say i'd done something.

Fair run, achilles a bit pingy at the start, however, r.hamstring got gradually tighter, very painful by the end making running and walking difficult. R.calf a bit tight too.

3*20 bicep curls 5kg dumbell – slow return
