shocked at my poor balance but impressed at my self-knowledge and range of exercises i'm currently doing
introduced a couple of new exercises and advice about form to make sure I am working some of the minor glute muscles

quad felt good this moning didn't feel need for strapping.
went to look at a replacement car and knelt down to look under but on getting up quad went BANG again, could barely walk for the rest of the day
