hip/buttock really painful overnight cant straighten leg in front of me from sitting on floor, fine in a v-sit though
this started on Mondays long run, exacerbated by mowing the lawn Tuesday and then totally wrecked by Weds run :-(
did this injury actually stem fro my big fall at Brampton Bryan ???
