Lt Green at Breakneck Bank
With yesterdays blisters still giving me gyp I opted for a gentle run around the Lt Green course. I actually felt pretty good until I finished whereupon my feet turned into angry fire breathing dragons :-(

Severn river walk from Stourport
Feet started playing up from the word go. Blisters on both heels even tho these new Roclite 315s have not caused an issue in their 1st 70 miles incl 2 x 20milers.- grrrr
had to cut the far loop out and return alone 2hrs ahead of the others.
Very muddy and some heavy cold showers between the bits of sun.
