started right at the back so could have chopped 20+ secs off this. Also I keep 'falling asleep' when running and thus gradually slow down for no reason.

Paul H delivered us in last place on 1 in 54mins
I pulled us up 1 place then Tom B did 37sommat to pull us up 2 more places to 3rd.
Felt fine just a little sluggish. Dithered abit around controls.

at 4.30 I woke stretched and turned over simultaneously and my lower back went 'pop'. Agony and so I missed today's Long Mynd Hill Trial which I have been really looking forward to.
