dreadful - ok start but 90 error leaving 2 and lots of needless climb cost 3mins, a nonexistant green bit on map caused another 3 min error, some other dodgy legs and a 7 min error on the last control cost me dear.
Felt really heavy legged after yesterdays x-country and could barely move uphill or thru terrain.
