Just managed to completed the circuits in time for Elizabeths water to break and a late night. He appeared just before 11pm, 3 months early but healthy mother and baby

Oslo TioMila leg 3. Mass start. Took it quite steady and going quite straight so ended up running alone. Lost focus a couple of times at the end.
