Usual reps up Grønliasen. Spent the time considering the merits of games of searching out flatter ground in bracken compared to tough nordic racing and considering how it is relevant for the Trondheim marshes and the holes of Hungary - which led to me braking records on every interval! Under 24' running time for the first time.
