Long race in great terrain south of gberg. Ran with good focus if slightly low energy, 7' down but considering the average pulse a step forwards

Steady night o in more skånsk area - quite tough including some walkable marshes and very green green

Night race - a lot of good orienteering plus one odd error where I came out at some buildings and did not have a clue what had happened. 11' back, quite a bit but not pushing too hard - a long weekend ahead

Night training on Bygdøy. Good session, lots of controls, high speed (considering the snow) and had to kepe focussed. Kept pretty good focus but not leading too much
