Well Tarryn really went to town on me today..... with the needles that is she found some lovely spots to stick them in that sent my whole right quad in to spasm and then had the nerv to ask if that hurt? and to also pass comment that they might bruise too... I think that was her just covering up her crap job ;-).....
well lets see what this does to the old ITB...

I must admit that their are a lot of muscly meat heads at the bigger gyms!!
and I need to get my Routine of Gyming back into gear spent more time than usual Phaphing about, Hard to belive I know!!
