Nice easy morning ride with Dolf. Chatted most of the way.

A lazy 1km of freestyle while AJ did water polo. Looked like I wasn't needed to be goalie today so swam the full 1km. Then as I got out I was asked to be goalie for the last 20 mins. Ledt hammie cramped as I went for my first save but was OK after that.

Lap of the burb at a steady pace. L knee got sore at 5km mark so had a stretch at 6.5km mark and that kept it at bay until I got home.
