Did laps of about 30-35m each in the bit of pool not used by water polo until I was asked to be goal keeper for the kids game. Seems a regular Sunday arvo pattern now, an easy swim focused on technique followed by about 20mins treading water.

Had a lane to myself for almost all of the swim tonight and I was a bit earlier getting to the kids lesson so I enjoyed a longer swim. Practiced breathing BL and on each side as neck is getting a bit sore from just breathing on the right side. Wow a swimming overuse injury!!!
