Easy run to the top of Moorowie, along the railway line and back home after dropping Paddy off at his first day of kindy. I took the day off work in case he needed me to stay, but he didn’t, so now I have the day to myself! Time for a nap...

Orienteering race (Mt Barker ) 21:27 [3] 3.1 km (6:55 / km)

No major mistakes. Just my lack of fitness showing when I had to walk up the hill from the lake. An older competitor ran past me, but I just couldn’t make my legs run! :)

Orienteering race (Flinders uni sprint ) 25:36 [3] 2.9 km (8:50 / km)

This didn’t feel like a good run at all! I wasn’t confident with my route choices and did some dumb things, like run all the way around a building there was clearly a passageway through, etc. I think that nearly every route choice I made was the least efficient! Nice morning for a run, though.

Orienteering race (Flinders uni sprint ) 20:37 [3] 3.0 km (6:52 / km)

This was more like it! I didn’t really make any mistakes and had lots of fun.
